Ready to Make an Impact? Join Our Team.

Scottsdale, Ariz. / July 16, 2020
One look inside our company and it’s clear – drug development is our passion and we are dedicated to bringing the most successful oncology treatments to patients as quickly as possible.

With a team of experts that bring their own unique knowledge, insight and experience to the table, TD2 is looking for new candidates that share our vision to find cures and relief for cancer patients that have limited treatment options.

Health and safety are our top priorities – now more than ever - even during the interview process. Due to COVID-19, TD2’s hiring and onboarding process has become a hybrid process of both onsite and virtual interactions resulting in additional interview phases to ensure that prospective candidates are the right fit for the organization and vice versa.

Although in-person interviews and interactions are our preferred route throughout the hiring process, and is something that remains a part of our nonclinical hiring practice, we will continue to leverage technology to manage recruitment until the current environment opens up to allow that to safely take place. Luckily, our hiring plans have not been affected by the pandemic and we are in greater need of talent than ever before.

Learn more about what exactly we’re looking for to determine if a career at TD2 is the right fit for you.

What skills does the ideal candidate possess?

Regardless of service area, TD2 team members are known for their deep understanding of oncology drug development and their desire to find answers on behalf of our clients and their patients. We are constantly seeking experienced talent with an entrepreneurial spirit that is eager to contribute their oncology drug development insight to client programs.

Where will I be based if I get hired?

TD2 is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, but similar to many other organizations, we have adapted COVID-19 precautions and successfully adjusted to both onsite and remote business operations where the company is not limited to Arizona-based employees in many positions.

What is the main benefit of working for a CRO?

When employed by a CRO like TD2, one can benefit and learn from being actively involved in many different types of drug development programs, in turn, becoming an extremely well-rounded researcher. During any given week, there’s always variety of complex challenges presented that contribute to fulfilling and compelling work as our end goal is always with the patient in mind.
